On receiving your custom order from you; one of our jewellery experts will get in touch with you for an in depth discussion about your requirements. During the discussion we will get an understanding of your expectations to start working on your jewellery order.
After the discussion is done, you will receive a confirmation mail from us. The mail will have a payment link for that will take you on our website for making the payment of the piece that you have ordered through our custom order page.
On receipt of confirmation of order after the required payment has been made, manufacturing work will commence on your order. The beautiful piece shall be either hand crafted or machine made as per your requirements.
Once the manufacturing process is over the quality control team will make its final checks. The piece shall be dispatched by the fastest means to ensure that the ordered jewels reached you in the fastest mode available.
